The generalised practice of martial arts are for the purpose of

attaining greater fitness, strength, flexibility, health and vitality.

The specialised arts of LiuHe-ZiRanMen are for the realisation of

practical, realistic self-defence methods, and fighting skills.

 

Traditional LiuHe-ZiRanMen training consists of three components:

Strength and Flexibility training 

Internal and External fighting techniques

Traditional Empty hand and Weapons training. 

 

Training is achieved in a controlled, safe and friendly environment.

Providing the practitioner the necessary means to learn a practical skillset,

by way of utilising a hands on approach to self-defence and sparring.
